I recently got married and changed my name with NASBA as required. Now when I schedule an exam with Prometric the confirmation email shows my maiden name.

I reached out to prometric and was told that they can’t change this detail and that I would have to reach out to NASBA directly.

My NTS and proper forms of identification show my new last name while my prometric confirmation email shows my maiden name.

I’ve left two voicemails with the NASBA director for my region over the last week and no one is giving me any helpful information. Anyone have a similar issue or is this a nonissue? I would just like to be able to anticipate when I will be taking the exam at this point (was supposed to be next Friday).Kind of killing my final review motivation at this point…

Why don't you contact Prometric?
If your NTS and license match, then the only missing link is prometric.
You might even be able to just log into your Prometric account and see the details.

I had a name change in the middle of testing. Even between the time that I had an NTS issued and took the exam. I didn't have any issues. I would try prometric again, NASBA, your state coordinator maybe?

If you booked your exam BEFORE you changed your name, then the confirmation would not change unless you rescheduled your exam. Prometric's system does not update an old confirmation. As long as your NTS is updated about 5 business days before your exam, then Prometric will also have received the update. Again, the confirmation still will not change unless you reschedule.
