@SallyCPA There no doubt it is gonna come down to who didn't shit the bed on exam day. Because this is a new format where they have to regrade everything, weights of the questions will heavily be based on how people answered the questions and how the AICPA will set the standard.

If more people can't answer the questions, it's gonna be worth more. Just gotta hope you hit the bullseye enough to warrant a pass.

I don't even care about the conspiracy behind how they grade, I just want my score. I have some key dates on my calendar contingent upon this score so this is pretty much holding everything up. Being in limbo is getting old.

Has anybody gotten back to the material? I've pretty much left FAR alone since my exam.

I honestly have no clue if I passed but I feel kinda confident. Last time I took FAR I got stronger on SIMS so hoping to have that come through again since its weighted more this time. A couple of my SIMS were absolutely killer tho. Lucked out and they were my last two in the last testlet

Yeah… I haven't touched the FAR material since I took the test. My wife and I adopted a baby boy last November, so I am enjoying my life with our new baby boy. I don't think I've ever wanted anything more than passing this test in my life.

@mtaylo I haven't cracked open my materials once. I don't even feel guilty about it LOL.

If I have to retake I'm going to regroup the last week of September and get back to the grind.

I'm going to be the person who says "I finished even though..." not the person who says "I didn't finish because..."

Waiting on notification for my Q2 REG and FAR. Somehow, I passed the last 3 months without obsessing about it very much.

If I failed either test, I'll have to retake AUD, so I'm starting to study that. Hoping to get in the Q3 window. After a year of not studying the AUD material, I'm very pleasantly surprised that I'm trending at 90% on Ninja MCQ. Maybe I've actually learned something!

@jordan.davis That's awesome man! Hopefully we are both on the better side of score release. I know just how important fatherhood is and studying for these crazy exams never helps!

    @krstnam
I hear you, my guilt gradually went down the closer we got to score release. I've been through the material so many times and have so many notes so I don't think it will take long for me to get back to where I left off. It pretty much comes down to what exam I get on test day. Best of luck!

I have to say..FAR gets much easier after starting to restudy. I looked at the FAR Q1 passing scores and they were relatively low compared to last year. Hopefully they pulled back the passing rates for Q1 in anticipation for allowing a higher passing rate with the Q2 changes =\

How confident did most of you feel on the sims? I feel like I might have gotten most points on only 2 of them…

There no doubt restudying things becomes a lot more easier and you might even notice things that weren't as clear as before. Only thing I remember is that I got the research question 100% correct. As for the rest of the sims can't remember a thing on how what I did. Probably a good thing..last thing I want to do is pull my hair for a silly mistake that I probably did.

@mtaylo , I want you to pass FAR , you have worked hard and you are the few one who could hold the FAR Fort.
your question “Has anybody gotten back to the material? ” .Yes I have started almost after the exam as it was clear to me there is no math can add my SIM to 75.
But in last 2 months I have improved my speed very well and also the way people are describing their exam experiences (FAR q3) I am feeling I would do good enough to at least be awake to see my score on 22nd Sep.This August 17 ,I would take a good peg of “on the rocks” as new format rocks but rocked my FAR boat.

@wannafree Why do you say that about the sims? I feel like I did terrible on all of mine too but I still feel like there is a chance..did you leave any blank?

Every single time I feel like I bombed a section I end up passing guys. Keep your heads up.
