Taking REG this weekend and trying to focus in on the topics i really need to know like the back of my hand. If you could pick 3-5 topics that you think are large parts of test or usually the topics that come with curve balls, what would they be? My initial thoughts are,

1. Partnership income and how it gets stated and flows thru to the individual return
2. E+P and determining the taxability of distributions
3. Priority of creditors and how payments are allocated at bankruptcy
4. entity formations and basis
5. Property transactions and gain recognition
