Taking REG in 2 days and I’m getting a little anxious. Bought Ninja MCQ and worked through 2000 MCQ (1350 new and 650 repeats) and am trending around an 86%. I don’t want to be over confident as that could be from seeing the same questions over and over, but I feel like I’m really understanding everything in the MCQ. Is there anything I should focus on that Ninja might not?

Are you using any other test bank? A good way to see if you're understanding is to Google aicpa released questions and try those. You're definitely in good shape with your current mcq.
