Test scheduling for rest of 2017

So I’m taking AUD on April 30th, and BEC in August (haven’t scheduled, too far away.)

I’m debating on whether to re-take FAR in November, or study for REG and do it in November.
I did pay for REG already, but the test date expires in August. I won’t make it by then.

I just received my failed FAR score. I’m even wondering if I should retake it sooner, while the stuff is more or less still in my head. After I took it, I pretty much knew what I was weakest on. In complete honesty, I barely studied for the 2 weeks right before the test. What little I did study (Govt/NPO), I did well on according to my score report. The rest of the stuff, I was like “blechhhh, I can’t stand to look at this anymore.” But, now I’m ready to look at it again. Doing FAR first was a mixed “blessing” I think. I think it’s probably the hardest of the four and some say that the other sections are easier if you’d done FAR first. And by doing it first, you get that worst studying out of the way. But, the down side of it is that if you haven’t learned it all fluently, it’s a harder exam to do well on. I found myself guessing on well over half of the MCQ and really wasn’t expecting that to happen.

If anyone has any suggestions about the order in which I might be wise to take the remainder of the tests, I’d like to hear it!
