I don't like putting my life aside for studying. I squeeze it into whatever I'm already doing. BUT if there are things that will distract me during studying I block them. I use StayFocusd in Chrome to block websites, and AppBlock on my phone to block apps while I'm studying. That's it. If you like watching football, just make sure you're done studying before the game starts.

I try and get to work at least an hour early each morning to do some review. Doing questions during lunch. And, I plan to continue studying every weeknight after work for 3-4 hours each night (including Friday night), give myself Saturday off and actually attend games at my alma mater with my son. We get season tickets every year. Will also let myself watch any games that afternoon. Sunday after church will be a full study day with breaks in there. Not a fan of professional football and haven't watched for years. But, love my college sports. I'm counting on Jalen Hurts to be our starting QB this season. Maybe we can have a third heisman winner in a row and the 3rd QB winner in a row? That would be a record for all times I'm sure. 🙂

You gotta have some socialization/life to prevent burn-out. Otherwise….you burn out.

    Good luck on your studies!

My teenage son to me "If you don't pass, it isn't like you'll die or anything."  True.  Very true.  Just do your best, it's all you can do.

Well, I'm a Bills fan, so most of the time I actually WANTED to study.

Joking aside, I would do what other posters did. Plan to study longer on Saturday. If that doesn't work, study early in the morning until gametime then put it down for the day. Just work to fit studying in around your life but it's so important to allow yourself to do things you enjoy to prevent burnout.

If you are a player, then play hard and make it to professional league. You will make way more money there. So I'd say forget about your exam.
If you are an audience, hmmm not sure if you are allowed to be an audience. There will always be next year.

    Shoot for the stars!

Go Bears? Lol, well I guess it's no sense in denying being a sports fan, but It's hard to study and watch the game or even listen to it on the radio. I want to be a CPA, and I want my teams to win. Between the end of baseball and the beginning of football (NFL and College) I really don't know what to do. I guess I can't have it all. Oh well, work before pleasure. :-/.
