Let’s say I paid for application 150$ and 416$ for 2 parts of the exam. If my application is rejected do i just lose 150$ application fee or the whole amount which also includes exam fees? So basically when i reapply i will have to pay again 566$.

Depends on the state you applied to. CPAES State versus NON-CPAES State. If you are found ineligible for the CPA Exam, and NASBA did the evaluation, you would need to speak to your exam coordinator. If you plan to take the additional education needed you could ask them to hold the application open until you complete the additional education… or if you just want to apply to a different state then you could tell them that is what you want to do. They would probably refund the exam fees since you never obtained a Notice to Schedule which is what those exam fees pay for, but you would never get a refund of your application fee since that was used to pay for the application and evaluation of your education.
