I am licensed in MA. This year, I am using my masters degree as part of my CPE, and I am also renewing my license through the state board online portal (ePLACE). I was able to add other CPE courses that I completed, but I could not find anywhere to upload my transcript for my masters degree to add that as my CPE as well. The state board does not seem to provide any instructions on how to upload the transcript to the portal and I did not get any emails back when I tried to contact the state board about this issue. Has anyone experienced this before? Thanks.

This is the first year MA has had the online portal so its no surprise there are a lot of bugs to be worked out. Until even last year you had to mail paper copies of everything.

@mla11692 Yeah, it is so messy. The first page of their renewal form sent to me says that we can use online portal to renew the license. And on the second page, it says “we currently do not provide online renewal”. It is so confusing. Are you using the online portal to renew this year?
