I used the Wiley test bank one time last night, then today I tried to use it and it said I had to update Java. So, I installed the new Java update, but now, Wiley is giving me an error message:

“The test bank requires Java plugin. It is either disabled or not installed.”

    But, it IS installed.

How do I find out if it’s disabled or not?

Why/How would it be disabled if I just installed it 5 minutes ago?

I re-started the computer to see if it would fix itself, but it did not.

    Please Help!

I’m clueless with computer stuff, and I need to spend all day today practicing my Wiley problems.

    Thanks so much!!!!!!!

Which browser are you using? I found out that Wiley won't work in Chrome. Try updating your browser and maybe that will fix it.

Yep, I'm using Chrome. Thanks so much for the tip!

Now, it's working fine in Foxfire.

But, why/how did it work last night BEFORE I updated Java?

    I guess it doesn't matter, but it's confusing….

Maybe it was just being “nice” and allowing me a one-time use without the update?

    Weird.

At least I can start working on problems today.
