Wiley Question –

My sims won’t load! This is the second time it has locked up. The first was on a quiz and now on a practice test. I can’t even get my score now! Anyone seen this our have suggestions on how to fix this?

Yeah I had the same problem…

Download Mozilla Firefox browser (I was using Chrome)… also be sure that your Java is up to date!

If it still fails to load, try clearing your cache in your history settings.

This solved the issue for me.

I can't download a different browser because this is a work computer. I just got upgraded to a new one so I am going to try and see if my old one will load so I can finish my test and get my scores then I will just focus on MCQ for the rest of the week. I sent an email to Wiley so maybe it will be fixed before my test…I have also reinstalled Java twice with no luck.

I CANNOT get the SIMS to work!!! Ahhh its really getting to me now.

I used Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer. Nothing seems to be working. I have Version 7 Update 5 of Java. It's the latest one on the website. I used CC cleaner to clear out my history, cookies, cache….

Someone please help!

If you guys have Macs, just download the Offline Player and download your Sims to that. I tried like 20 things and that's the only thing that worked for me.

Passed all 4 on the first try using Roger, NINJA Notes for FAR, and NINJA Audio for REG & BEC.

I reloaded Java and restarted my computer and it is magically working today. Not sure how that happened but whatever!
