Rocky123, he would be the one to date a Prometric girl, from another thread :)) “Challenge accepted!”

I'm rooting for you for FAR. We were scheduled to take it on the same day. My divorce got messy and I rescheduled. I dunno…it's a lame excuse to reschedule. People on this board go through all kinds of stuff and still take the exams. I feel like a lazy-a$$ chicken.

Rocky, I could have written all of your posts, from rescheduling the exam to bonds and leases! It's a bit eerie.

How are you doing on notes payable?

I will do leases tonight, and so will you. Deal?

I am moving out with my kid. Yes, my marriage was already very rocky. Yes, CPA exam efficiently nailed the coffin of the said marriage.

I'm 37 and kinda see myself as a single number cruncher for the rest of my life. Blah.

Yes, especially if paired with B4 experience.

ETA: I'm originally from Russia. Expats with internationally recognized designation and B4 make A LOT of money in my country.

    @leglock

    https://www.asap-utilities.com/

These utilities make mass changes (such as make all positive numbers negative, delete extra spaces, etc) a breeze. Pretty much everything they do can be done with formulas, but ASAP is more convenient and saves loads of time.

Endless dreams. Usually they involve MCQs and me exiting the exam after the 1st testlet by mistake.

Rocky123, we are going to be OK. This shall pass.

Huge second to ryuhadoken's suggestion! You can also read “Slaying the Excel Dragon”, written by the same guy who runs the Youtube channel. It's free with Kindle Unlimited, but definitely worth paying for. I also have his book about array formulas; and it's great as well.

I would highly recommend learning as many keyboard shortcuts as you can master. Ctrl* probably saved me hours of time.

Also, I converted a lot of my coworkers to ASAP Utilities, as per recommendation of a nice CPA candidate here 🙂

Have your parents passed the CPA exam?

No -> Tell them to go and fly the kite.

Yes -> Tell them to go and fly the CPA kite 🙂

Unless they are paying for your test prep materials and covering your exam fees, you are not obligated to discuss your progress.
