WE HAVE GOT THIS!!
Aug 23 (28th!)this baby is going down!
All will be over, all this hard work, 17 months for me, will be over and whatever we set our sights on next will be a cake walk in comparison. Our abilities to overcome “impossible” tasks will amaze those around us, we will be unstoppable!
Proud of everyone here with 1 to go, we're so close to passing the hardest set of tests of our life.

I'm hoping you know where your ninja audio resides?
FOR EXAMPLE:
c://users/tom/music/ninja_far_audio.mp3
If you do know that, if you go into itunes there is an option to “add music to library” if you are running a remotely new versions of itunes (at least a year old) it can be found from a drop down in the top left corner. If you're on an older version of itunes there should be an intuitive menu option that gives you the “add music” option.
Once there it asks you where the music is, and you will have to “browse” and navigate to the location of the mp3 file as demonstrated above. More than likely if you haven't moved it around it will exist somewhere in your download folder which “most” of the time is found:

BEC- (6) 75tomq04ParticipantI never ever do ANYTHING the day before the exam. Stress reduction is the greatest ally for me, one more day of studying won't do a lick for me. I either know it or I don't. Cramming can cause confusion, although some folks love to do it.
Relax!

That has been my current plan, just curious if there is a different route.
What I left out of the wall of text is I have been told by several clients that there are no CPA's that understand the industry down there and they are itching for me to finish the CPA, find a partner, and pick them up, as well as a majority of their frustrated growers.
I will be able to do all that without having to quit my day job, for at least a while, which keeps me a bit excited about it all.
My current “plan” is whenever I have to do travel down to cali, is to meet with current CPA's of these packing houses and try to find a fit and see if there is one I can trust where I can come on board and start picking up the rest of the houses.
Honestly that sounds good to me, but it also sounds like it will be a real tough handful of years… can't be any harder than these exams 🙂
I like people, I don't love tests :)) double chin!

Salaries are in the 50-60k range these days, i'm 4 years out of school and finally got bumped to $47.5 (not in public)… my friends in public are all in mid 50's.
You've successfully ran a business and even completed the sale, I have a suspicion you will be able to find your way at a much higher salary than the rest of us…but it will likely be a different route.

everywhere else? Not sure…but probably business casual +1
what is most important in any meeting is wearing confidence
you sound like you have a job already so this meeting has the potential to be a slam dunk
. Wear whatever you wear to work when you head in, if you need a precursor mention it in an email that you will be wearing standard work attire(assuming that is sub-business casual) as you mentioned before, you don't need to totally impress the recruiter, just get them to have a feeling for what you know, and what you are capable of.

A.) when the transaction takes place is the right answer.
Why? The tax was imposed when you bought it, so it is then immediately due to the entities, despite how long it takes to be transferred.
I'm just checking in, I went and sat down with my old NFP/Governmental professor for 4 hours today and really hammered out some tricky stuff. I'm 100% certain that NFP/Gov would have given me that last point 4 months ago, but alas, i'm going to be coming out with points out my ears at this rate!!!
Things are still a bit sticky, and i'm going to hammer on NFP/Gov for the next couple days, and then go back to “total” review.
Good luck folks, and keep doings questions.
If you are frustrated think about this little anecdote. Today I was woken up at 1 am by my 1 month old, who decided to stay up for 3 hours until he was hungry again. We finally get him to sleep at 5 am, and then the 2 year old wakes up screaming at 5:30 who then wakes up the 1 month old…30 min of sleep, and i'm still pounding away?
Why?
I'm either crazy, or driven, takes more than being tired to get this bird down!
Keep slaying ass folks.
