If I could pick one word to describe my feelings this week it would be overwhelmed! Between work, studying and my personal life this week has been rough, and it’s only Wednesday. My work schedule is jam packed where I am going on “vacation” next week, and I am trying to wrap everything up.

My vacation is really just a week for me to study without the interruption of emails and phone calls from clients. When I step back and look at how these past couple of weeks has played out at work I have decided to give myself an extra week to study and rescheduled my exam.

It took me a while to decide to move my exam but I had called Yaeger to inquire about the CRAM for regulation and decided to buy it in hopes of a couple extra points. The CRAM should have arrived today, and I am hoping my darling husband got it out of the mailbox for me today.

I am really becoming overwhelmed with all of the UCC information. I am not even sure I understand what any of it means to be honest. I have to laugh when Phil says in the homestudy that no one fails regulation because of the business law portion. I feel as though I have a better handle on complex tax issues than I do contracts, sales, and commercial paper!

That being said this week I am going to keep going through the multiple choice questions. Starting Monday morning, I will rewrite all of Jeff’s Ninja notes which I am hoping makes the UCC information click in my head. Once that is completed I will watch the cram to really tone in on my weaknesses and then do mini testlets on those areas until my test on July 16th. I am hoping that this will be enough to get me a 75 because I am running out of ideas on how to study!

All I can say is that I am totally looking forward to 5:30 on Friday so I can “check out” of work for the week. Although I have a funny feeling I will be thinking about the items left behind on my desk. Well, back to the books I go!

Till next time,
Rebecca
