Week 31:

Hello everyone. 5 days until BEC. Aaaagghhh!! This is definitely harder than I initially expected, but it’s go time, no turning back now. I’ve spent the past week working through homework questions across various BEC topics and that went pretty well, but I took the sample exam this weekend and didn’t pass, which is obviously concerning. Panicking will not be helpful, so not doing it!

I will continue working questions for the next 5 days as I think that’s the best strategy to see as many different question formats as possible. I printed out the Wiley section on Standards and Variances, as that’s a weak spot for me, so I will hit that area this week. My exam is on Friday, so I think I will probably take an additional day or two off of work this week to focus on studying. Work is pretty slow too, so that shouldn’t be a problem.

I started waking up at 4:45am last week in order to get to work early and log 90 minutes of studying before the work day begins. It actually worked pretty well last week, so I will do it a few days this week, as well. I ended up logging 29 hours this past week and will probably log another 15-20 hours in the next 4 days. Wish me luck! And good luck to everyone out there that’s sitting for an exam this week.
