Hello Fellow NINJAs.
As Im writing this, its Friday. Jeffs predicted score release date. Unfortunately for those in non-NASBA states we will have to wait a bit longer.
That does not curtail the excitement, buzz, and feelings of weak stomachs that ensue when the day approaches that Jeff has predicted.
Even non-NASBA states get in on the excitement because we know that its only a matter of time before ours will be released also. I am personally awaiting my FAR results.
Its also T-10 days until I square off with AUD. To throw a wrench into my study plans my wife and I decided to make an offer on our first house.
You see, Dallas is experiencing a housing boom right now, things near the city are selling in less than 2-3 days on the market so we had to act when we found one we loved.
So now on top of studying for these next few days I have to deal with my agent, and inspector, a contractor for some renovations, an appraiser, etc etc etc Hopefully I didnt bite off more than I can chew with 10 days left to study.
Itll be late nights and early mornings for me. All of it (hopefully) culminating in a large pay off in the end, becoming a CPA and homeowner!!
