REG, take 3.
I have less than two weeks to re-cram everything I know about REG and then some. Because I really need to pass this time.
Dont get me wrongI WANT to pass, too. I am like a toddlerconfused about needs and wants. Whatever it is, let me pass REG.
I took FAR April 6, and didnt even give myself a full day off from studying. Aint nobody got time for that! Gotta keep studying!
I know I said I was going to keep trying to study for REG while studying for FAR, but I started realizing that I was actually having difficulty recalling words that have been in my vocabulary for ages and forming sentences to engage in conversation as if my brain was archiving old knowledge in order to make room for all these accounting terms and methods.
So my brain decided for me: I can only focus on one thing (if you call the FAR material one thingits more like a gazillion things) at a time. So I opted to wait to return to the REG material until after the FAR test, leaving a whopping 12 days to cram.
Quite torturous, isnt it? Well, my 18-month window is coming to a close on April 20th, so I scheduled my test for April 18th. I always like to think that I work better under pressure (sing like David Bowie).
What better pressure than this? It sure provides motivation for getting up early and studying every spare minute I think I have.
Mm ba ba de
Um bum ba de
Um bu bu bum da de
Pressure pushing down on me
Anyone else feeling similar pressure? And is that song now stuck in your head? Youre welcome!
