Drilling and Memorizing: My Path for the CPA Exam

Vanessa is a [A71 product=”combo”]NINJA CPA blogger[/A71].

I just about wrapped up the NINJA MCQs. I have exactly two weeks until my test date. It makes me nervous thinking about the new exam and what it entails, so I have been trying to prepare myself the best way possible.

For the next two weeks my game plan is to drill and memorize as much of what I've learned as I can and be able to fully explain concepts without having to look them up.

I printed out the blueprint of the new exam and have been making my study guide based off what will be on it. This has been time consuming, but I believe it will make me more confident on exam day.

Unfortunately, April is busy season. I work in tax and the tax deadline is right around the corner. I'm not looking forward to the next two weeks because I know it will be a challenge trying to balance work, school and studying for the CPA Exam.

But if there is a will, there is a way. The best thing I can do is have a positive attitude and give it all I've got.

I know I can do this.
