NINJAs –

As I stare out my upstairs window into the gloomy and dark January sky, I would like to say… I finally hit the adaptive phase in NINJA MCQ! It took way too long, which I interpret as a sign of laziness and motivation.

In case you didn't know, I have been on this journey for quite a while. I even passed REG at one point, hence my frustration over mental taxation as well as money poured into achieving this certification.

For those who are curious, search the archives on the forum or on Another71.com. I think a lot of us go through this when we are working towards the CPA.

I honestly feel that there is a good, “How I Met Your Mother” joke somewhere in there with the frustration that Ted Mosby feels on his dating life.

I am trending around 50 percent right now, but I am actually starting to remember tax code and some business law. Thus, I feel like I am making some progress. This week I really want to nail down corporate taxation as it is a giant gap of knowledge in my brain at this point. Goes to show how much you forget from the first time you passed REG.

This is just short update of my ramblings and deep philosophical thoughts towards the CPA exam and tax.

Hopefully, my next REG exam will be legend….

Wait for it!
