Sydney writes in, “Hi Jeff, I have about two weeks until the Audit CPA Exam and have about 25 hours of study time per week. Do you have any suggestions for me to utilize the time more efficiently until the test? Thank you for your help.”   Have a CPA Exam Study Question? Danielle writes in, “I just picked up the NINJA material and want to follow the Weekly Progress Tracker from the NINJA Study Framework. With that said Week 1 states to read 25% of the Book and all of the Notes – based on my calculation 25% of the book is approximately 155 pages per week, which is very manageable. I am confused on how I should incorporate the Notes… should I read ALL the Notes even though I may not have covered the topic through the Book reading? Same with Audio?”   Have a CPA Exam Study Question? Shelbey writes in, “I just wanted to confirm that the NINJA Plus CPA Exam videos are still good resources to use? I love listening to Bob Monette’s lectures and learn the material really well from him. However, the videos do look a little dated so I just want to make sure this information is accurate and up to date to rely on during my studies?”   Have a CPA Exam Study Question? Scott writes in, “I am just discouraged. CPA Exam is in one week and I have been trending at 67-70% in MCQ for the last few days without much improvement. I will improve in one area and fall down in another. I freaking hate this exam and am ready to be done. I am exhausted from staying up so late and literally do not know where to begin getting over the 75% hump. I have been trying to answer lots of new questions so I am not memorizing answers but maybe just pounding MCQ is not the best way for me to learn. Anyone one else get stuck and not feel like you are improving just doing more and more MCQ? I do take notes on the questions I miss – at this point there is so much I need to review or revisit I don’t know what to do. […]

Stephanie writes in, – “I signed up for NINJA. I would really appreciate some guidance. …I work full time + 5 kids. I passed REG and FAR. Clearly didn’t dedicate right type of study time for AUD, failed a few times by a few points- and last year failed BEC before they changed the exam. So now it comes down to this: I have to pass BEC and AUD both by September 6 or REG falls off and I let’s assume I don’t know ANY BEC. I want to just do MCQ as many suggest and learn from wrong answers but I’m slow and try to think each one through, and if I’m not familiar with the topic reading the answers doesn’t help me as its out of context. Can you help break down my best route at this point – and which videos/books etc I should take advantage of […]
