NINJA CPA Review

Stacey is a NINJA CPA blogger. I finally feel better about ratios! It’s possible I was avoiding them in the past. I figured what I learned in school, over five years ago, was going to be enough. This time, I attacked them head on, putting every single one on a flash card with an example on the back. Although I don’t have them all memorized yet, the problems seem very easy once I know which equation to use. Often you just have to plug in information. When we have to use another equation to get the missing number, understanding the connections makes these questions not so scary anymore. Now I can move on to my next struggle, the statement of cash flows. I need a serious review of direct versus indirect. I’m not sure why this has been so difficult for me. Perhaps practicing simulations in NINJA MCQ will help get me on track and feeling

NINJA CPA Review

Stacey is a NINJA CPA blogger. Between my part time job, vacation, and illness; my motivation for studying has been limited, so I changed my FAR exam to Q2. The change was made in panic and disappointment. Now, however, I am relieved and confident in my decision. I have a mad plan for March that involves no television and an achievable schedule. Stacey is a NINJA CPA blogger. I seem to stumble when trying to figure out the timeline of studying. I never know when to focus on simulations on CPA Exam, there are so many opinions about how much time to spend on them or even if we should focus on them at all. Too often, I realize I’ve chosen the path of not focusing any time on them. I usually wait too long, until I’m too close to test day to make the switch. Being familiar with the schedule on test day is very important. Sims are the part of the test I tend to stress about. I worry about the amount of time left, or start second guessing my previous answers. Three weeks prior to test day I refresh my memory on the layout of the exam since my last test was usually many months ago. This round, I will be

NINJA CPA Review

Stacey is a NINJA CPA blogger. I have had a very difficult time balancing monthly family events with my studying while studying for the CPA Exam. It’s been a challenge. I’m happy to say I finally had a successful trip away from home while still getting in my study sessions! I have been doing really well at home with my regular schedule of night and weekend study sessions, so I did not want to take a set back from a weekend away to visit family. I was very thankful my husband was willing and able to drive the twelve hours round trip so I could have streaming through my headphones while I was re-writing my notes. When my hands or ears got sore I was able to re-read my notes and go through flashcards. Every time I got in the car with family to drive somewhere over the weekend, I
